Come to Patricia Haley Charity (PHC) on June 22nd between 9 a.m and 3 p.m to receive your 2nd dose of the COVID-19 Vaccination. The 1st dose will still be available. We are located at 117 Wholesale Ave, Huntsville, AL 35811.
