To qualify, we require that there be a loss of hair and an unmet financial need. A qualifying unmet need can include:
- Not having hair due to chemotherapy
- Low household income

To qualify, we require that there be an unmet financial need. A qualifying unmet need can include:

Transportation Assistance
To qualify, we require that there be an unmet transportation need. A qualifying unmet need can include:
- Not having a valid driver’s license
- Not having a working vehicle available in the household
- Being unable to travel or wait for services alone; or
- Having cancer causing physical, cognitive, mental, or developmental limitation.
